Every generator test reported within 48 hours

You run the cold start, transient and burn‑in tests. We turn each recording into an ISO 8528‑5 report your Cx agent can review and your engineer can sign.

01Why us

Tests passed. Reports still not submitted?

On a data centre project the units pass test one by one, but the reports pile up at the end, and that is where handovers slip. If your team is on the test floor and the Cx review date is fixed, send us the recorded data on the day of the test. The report comes back in 48 hours, ready to sign.

48h

From files to draft

Recorded data in on the day of the test, draft report back two days later. Your Cx review date stops depending on someone's free weekend.

ISO 8528‑5

Built to clear review

Recovery times measured the ISO 8528‑5 way, the reference voltage stated, calibration data attached. Fewer Cx queries, fewer resubmissions.

Review only

Desk time for your engineers

Your commissioning engineers stay on the test floor. The recordings come to us and the reports come back ready to sign.

02Reports

Three tests, one report per generator

The same layout on every unit, covering the tests a data centre handover asks for. Each step is checked against the performance class in your specification.

Cold start report

Time from start signal to rated voltage and frequency, with each block load analysed for dip and recovery.

  • Load profile with load‑applied and 100 % markers
  • Pass or fail against your start‑up limit
  • Dip, deviation and recovery per step

Transient load test report

Load steps and load rejection, each with the dip or rise, deviation and recovery time measured on the trend data.

  • Start and end of each transient marked on the chart

Burn‑in load test report

Every load stage up to the long run at full load, checked for steady‑state voltage and frequency.

  • Stage table with kW, voltage and frequency
  • Snapshots at a set interval through the run
  • Hours at 100 % against the required duration
03What you get

What is inside the report

The sections a commissioning agent looks for, in the order they look for them.

Cover and test informationGenerator and instrument details, with calibration certificate number and due date.
Acceptance criteria and methodLimits for the target class, the reference voltage used, and how each recovery time is measured.
Analyser graph for every stepPower, voltage and frequency in the familiar analyser layout, with start, end and recovery marked. The graph is the evidence each step is accepted on.
Sign‑off page and attachmentsSignature blocks for preparer, checker, Cx agent and client. Calibration certificates appended to the same PDF.
ACCEPTED
Accepted on the graph

Pass or fail is read off the analyser trace, not typed into a table. The Cx agent sees where each transient starts, how deep it goes and when voltage and frequency settle, and can accept the step by looking at it.

Where is the trace?Voltage and frequency charts for every step, with start, end and recovery marked.
Instrument calibration?Recorder model, serial and cal due date on the cover, certificate attached.
Time to rated V and Hz?Cold start time measured from the trace, checked against your start‑up limit.
Stable through the burn‑in?Stage table and snapshots with min, max and drift over the full run.
kW doesn't match the load bank.Measured kW per step is checked against setpoints, and any gap is flagged to you first.
04How it works

How it works

Your team keeps running the tests. We turn the recordings into reports.

01Send us the recorded dataThe recorded data from each generator test, with the test sequence and the target class.
02We check the dataWithin 2 working hours we confirm every step is there and send a quotation with a free sample page.
03Draft in 48 hoursYou get the draft PDF and summary. One round of Cx revisions is included.
04You sign and submitYour engineer reviews, signs and submits to the Cx agent under your company name.
Commissioning backgroundRun by practising genset test and commissioning engineers with hyperscale data centre experience across MTU, Cummins, Mitsubishi and Volvo sets.
NDA before any fileWe sign your NDA, or ours, before data is shared.
Deleted after deliveryRaw files and drafts are removed 30 days after the final report.
Your name on the reportSign‑off stays with your engineer of record.

Send one test file. Get a sample page back, free.

Drop one unit's recordings and a few details. Within one working day you get a finished report page made from your own data, plus a fixed quotation per generator.

No files yet. You can send the inquiry first and share files later.

Files go to a private folder only we can open, are used only for your report, and are deleted 30 days after the final report. NDA on request.

    05FAQ

    Questions suppliers ask

What do you need from us?

The recorded data for each generator, the nameplate rating, and the test sequence. If you have the Cx test script or project spec, send that too. That's how we pick the right class and limits.

When do the 48 hours start?

When you confirm the job and the data is complete. We check your files within 2 working hours and tell you if anything is missing, so the clock never runs while you're waiting on us.

Which recorders do you work with?

Recorded data from Hioki PQ3100, PQ3198 and PW3198 goes straight in. Fluke 1760 / 1777 and load bank controller logs work too, as long as they have voltage, frequency and current or kW against time.

    How much does it cost?

A fixed price per generator, depending on which tests you ran and the format you need. Volume rates apply on larger projects. Send the inquiry and we reply with a quotation within one working day.

Can we try it before we commit?

Yes. Send the files for one unit and we'll send back a finished report page made from your own data, free. If you like it, we quote the full job.

Whose name goes on the report?

Yours. It's issued on your template or a clean one with your logo, and your engineer of record signs it. We do the analysis, charts and write‑up in the background.

    What if a step fails?

We report it as measured and flag it to you before the report goes out. We never adjust data or move limits to make a step pass.

The Cx agent sent comments back. Now what?

Forward us the comment sheet. One revision round is included and usually goes back the next working day. Anything that was our mistake is always fixed free.

Can you do it faster than 48 hours?

Often, yes. Put your handover date in the inquiry and we'll confirm a 24‑hour turnaround with the quotation if we can make it.
